This gas block features a 1913 spec picatinny rail which is higher than most picatinny gas blocks. It sits at the same height as the standard flat-top upper, allowing the use of a front flip up sight that is designed to be mounted on a rail, such as the MI MCTAR-FFR, or the Troy front flip up sight.
